 e welcome you to join Unit 25 from the Spitzer School of Architecture\, as
  they host a community presentation and review of student work at the RISE
  Center.\nThis review will be on April 14th and will be followed a communi
 ty panel discussion. The work shown is part of a year-long interdisciplina
 ry research-design studio that was undertaken by 13 graduate students with
 in the unit. The work was informed by oral histories\, on-the-ground field
  observations\, and attendance at the various Edgemere Envisioning session
 s for the developing Community Land Trust at Edgemere\, Rockaways Queens.\
